Sarah trained as a pharmacist in the UK before moving into a number of public health policy
roles in Aotearoa New Zealand, focusing on areas including immunisation, Pacific health and
sexually transmitted and blood borne infections. She has a specific interest in creating more
inclusive and equitable healthcare systems, and advocating for the role that pharmacists can
play in achieving this. Sarah will be utilising her connections across the Commonwealth to
support the delivery of the SPARC programme.
