Meet CPA's new Trustees
The Commonwealth Pharmacists Association has elected three new Trustees. Learn more about the new additions below.
The Commonwealth Pharmacists Association (CPA) is delighted to introduce our three new Trustees who took office on 24th March 2026.
At our 2025 Annual General Meeting last month, the CPA Council (comprised of representatives from each of our valued member national pharmacy associations) had the opportunity to elect four Trustees via a blind vote. Prof. Claire Anderson, President of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society and a CPA Trustee since 2018, successfully stood for re-election, while three candidates were elected to the Board of Trustees for the first time.
As a registered charity, our Trustees are an integral part of how the CPA operates, governing and managing the organisation and ensuring we operate in accordance with our purpose. In doing so, they contribute to the effective delivery of our expanding remit, for the benefit of pharmacy patients in some of the most resource poor settings in the world.
