Commonwealth Pharmacists Day is a day to recognize and appreciate the significant contributions made by pharmacists across the Commonwealth. This year’s theme aims to emphasize the importance of collaboration between patients and pharmacists in managing health and wellbeing.

Share Your Story
Upload a picture of your personalised flyer share your experiences as a pharmacist. Tell the world how you partner in health with your community! Share your stories using the hashtag — #CommonwealthPharmacistsDay.
How to create your flyer
- Start by selecting one of the 9 available flyers below and click on the “Create Entry” button.
- Enter your email address and full name in the respective fields.
- In the text box section, enter your full name followed by your country in this format: [Full Name], [Country]. For example: John Doe, Canada.
- To upload your desired image, select “Choose Avatar”. Opt for a high-quality headshot that you want to feature on your flyer. Please note that the image must be in PNG or JPEG format, as GIFs are not supported.
- Click on “Next”.
- Download your image.
- Share the image on social media using the hashtag #CommonwealthPharmacistsDay.
